I started as a freelancer designing interfaces, teaching and running social media campaigns for anybody who had an ask or a need. Seventeen years later that work has grown into a career spanning Product Management, Competition Research, Executive Strategy, UX leadership, supporting contract vehicles worth over $1B for systems of national interest, and carrying a startup through a multi-million dollar exit.
Portfolio explorer — all 198 catalogued projects, top 30 named
Every mark is one real project. Group, colour, reshape, filter and sort them; pick any mark with a pointer, a finger, or the keyboard to open it. Undisclosed marks are client work not yet cleared for naming — their type, domain and role data are real.
Started as a one-person shop designing interfaces and running social media. Built the craft, the speed and the client instinct that everything since has run on.
02
Product & UX leadership
Grew into directing product management, research and design practices across multiple solution teams, and mentoring the people running them.
03
Systems of national interest
Supported contract vehicles worth over $1B across research, health and education. Directly contributed to winning a $548m contract vehicle bid and reduced design and development hours roughly 35% with a custom multi-framework design system.
04
Exit, then independence
Carried a startup through a multi-million dollar exit. Now helping companies define success, capture opportunities, achieve objectives and deliver key results.

The practice
Three lanes, one operator: find out, make it, land it.
Most people sit in one of these. The reason the federal work landed is that the same person carried a project from the research question through the interface to the compliance sign-off.

Building now
Two ventures in stealth, built on everything above.
Both are pre-launch, so there is nothing to click yet. The federal work above is what I have built for others. These are what I am building now.

Multi-agent business automation
Production multi-agent systems, currently being re-themed from a general GenAI platform onto a tailored SMB offering.
Two products off one agent core. The first is a business workflow automation and collaboration platform on a three-tier subscription. The second is a vendor/seller operating system.
The agent tech is already running in production: crawler and agent clusters for local information, news and events; a live-knowledge cluster that keeps searched and saved topics current; and workflow and discovery assistants.

Clinical Trial Management SaaS
A clinical trial management system built for the middle of the market, where teams inherit enterprise CTMS complexity without enterprise budget or staffing.
Direct lineage from the CTSU work: six years across study startup, protocols, rostering, regulatory submission, specimen management, site performance scoring and reporting for NCI and NIH.
The catalogue behind this site holds 23 clinical-trial systems and 47 healthcare projects across NCI, NIH and DHHS.

Skills & knowledge
The skills, platforms and frameworks behind the work.
93 practice skills from my own skills grid, plus 128 covering languages, frameworks, agents, data, platform, automation and governance. Fluency is self-rated and the four steps are defined below, so you can calibrate rather than guess. Mentor is the top step: UX, research, product management, strategy and design are the disciplines I have taught and built capability in for other teams.
